A new Journey in Intel (Part 1)

Assalamualaikum and hi everyone! i know its been awhile i didnt update anything in my blog and I like chipsmore here.. hahahaha i dont know when i will consistently remain updating my life journey or anything here. huhuhu.. it's okay i will try my best to keep updating what was happening in my life. So yeah! i would like to tell you guys that I'm now have started my new journey in Intel! Alhamdulillah.

I was Joined Intel on August 2019 as a member RCG (Rotation Colleague Graduate) program with the most exciting and keen to discover about my new journey. I believe that Intel is a well known company and have a very good working environment. Besides, not everyone know abt the program as I am. because didnt know abt this either. i just apply the job through job street and just randomly apply without putting any hope bcs at that time I felt gave up, stress and pressure working at my previous company. huhuhu.. but then i received a call. Ya Allah! only Him know how was my feeling at that time.

So in this program we required to be a year of training but wait! we are not under contract! once we got hired we already been treated as permanent employee and all benefits as per permanent employee. In addition, this program have 2 rotation to different department and 6 months each. So my 1st rotation with GPO (Global Planning Operation). and my 2nd which is my final with KMDS also under planning but both department have different job scope. since I'm just done my 1st rotation below is my sharing with the GPO department.

I was started up my career in Intel with GPO team as a L2 analyst for the past 6 months prior joining KMDS in the planning team. I was being trained in SFP, AT Tac (IRIC and OOC), OM and IFG. At the beginning of my journey, the challenges I am facing with I felt low confident, difficulties and pressure as I do not have any experience. Besides, in GPO we have a benchmark, SLA that we have to meet and most of the task about data analytic. While I’m at that phase I took a lot of time to solve every ticket request and still managing my time to complete my assign task.

However, those hardship and challenges always motivate me to keep strong and see it on positive side. I believe that every challenges is an opportunity to keep me learn for a better result. What I have learned through out the journey, do not keep the problem alone as it will not solve. I was facing an issue while doing task that have assign to me, I just seat a my place try my best to find solution because I don’t want to disturb or bother others but I am actually put myself in trouble. Thus, I took a step start to seek help from my peers and it more easier in fact I did learned a lot of things and gain more knowledge from them. In addition, those knowledge and support given from the peers could help me on my daily and make me more confidence on solving a problem also to self-assign ticket. Besides, do not feel down for the mistake you have done but learn from it and not to repeat again. Keep on practice, practice and practice in order to improve myself.

Those bunch of wonderful moment and valuable experience make me more eager to grab the opportunity in order for me to enhance my career growth in Intel. I have genuinely enjoyed my 6 months in the team and appreciate the opportunity to work with all of you. Thanks a lot to all of your unending support and guidance during my tenure in the team.
Done... i will share more on my current position later.. Assalamualaikum, peace be upon you~~

July 23,2018

Assalammualaikum,

It seem like i was away from blogging for quite long, and I'm nearly forgot my email and password used for my blogg, phewwww~ Alhamdullilah! i got my blog back. Yeayyyy!. So, what to story about? Yes, back to the date on my title. I would like to talk about my journey after study. I was done my study on June 2018 and graduated on October. I do have plan before I graduate which my aim was to get a job before graduate and yesss I did.

People might be true, it was so hard to get a job, huhuhu. On that time after I done my internship at Eurospan furniture, I struggling looking for a job through JobStreet, job fair and walk-in interview. Oh! during my internship at Eurospan Furniture i was assign as a QA. Ya Allah, I'm super tired. Why? because i have to be as QC to i need to check incoming raw materials, do inspection, and have to round every warmest section in their production berpeluh ketiakkk and then have to work until Saturday. Only Sunday i do have time to spend with my family or friends. But yeahhh, i manage to suit myself for 6 month. hehehehe. Due to that i want to continue this role on my next company but unluckily i dont have that opportunity.

After a month I'm jobless, then i saw an ads on facebook said got open interview in Jabil circuit. I felt so excited that time and asked Alia to join me since she also looking for new job. Before attend the interview of course I make some research about the company and position i would like to apply. Even though i couldn't further my previous role during internship but I'm still looking position that related with my study which is I applied position as a planner. hehehe SO? now I am a planner, a planner to production and in future i will be your future planner dear future husband.. hahahahaha just kidding!.

A short story about Jabil. Jabil is quite big company and it is CM- contract manufacturer which we manufactures items for other companies. So our customer is keysight. We work under workcell and my wrokcell's name is K_ixia. in planning team I'm the youngest yet so freshiee and the only Malay in planning team, the rest are Chinese and Filipino. They are so kind to me and very helpful if i dont know how to settle my problem. hehehehe because I'm so noob on the first month I'm in the company so many people mad on me but then yeah they give advice to me. Enviroment in Jabil so hectic even in term and condition of my employment I'm suppose working on normal shift Monday till Friday from 8am to 430pm but it's not implement in Jabil. hahahaha. Due to this crazy environment I put target that i just want to stay here only for a year.. hahahahaha..

So many hard thing i face here and uncountable how many time I cried yet I learned a lot here and could see some improvement in myself which i built some confidence to talk in front of people and now got some brave to make argument and escalation on people. My senior teach me a lot. They always advice me, keep yourself safe, dont easily believe people around you and dont get them bully you. and yess, so far I'm free from escalation. Conclusion, Jabil is good for growth but not for stay for some long even it has a quite lot benefits. :)
